Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with LorenElle Designer Boutique. We are proud to have you as a customer and hope you'll enjoy your purchase.
We accept returns of regular price merchandise for exchange or store credit only. Email CustomerService@LorenElle.com within within five (5) calendar days from the date you receive your order to receive a return authorization number (RA#). Merchandise must be postmarked and shipped back to LorenElle within five (5) calendar days from the date you receive your RA# by email from LorenElle. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back to LorenElle, with the exception of damaged or defective merchandise.
Merchandise must be returned unused and in new condition. Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
We reserve the right to refuse a return, store credit or exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage, or tags being taken off. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items will be returned to you.
All Sales Final for sale and clearance items. All Sales Final for special orders.
Accessories such as Jewelry, sunglasses, and hats, and intimate apparel are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Gift Cards are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
Home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed from home decor items, they are not returnable.
SHIPPING RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
Return Instructions:
- Email CustomerService@LorenElle.com., with the subject line titled “Return Request.”
- Include your name, date of purchase, order #, number of items you wish to return, and the reason for return in the body of the email.
- A Return Authorization # and form will be emailed back to you, along with instructions for the return. Include the RA Form, along with a copy of the original receipt inside the box of merchandise you are returning.
- Write the RA# on the mailing label that is used to send the merchandise back to LorenElle.
- You will receive your exchange or store credit confirmation once the returned merchandise is received and inspected.
NOTE: Shipping and Handling Charges are Not Refundable. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by LorenElle, with the exception the authorized return of damaged or defective merchandise.
Send returns to the address listed on the Returns Authorization Form.
RETURN PACKAGING
You may return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the item(s).
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
Your exchange or store credit will be processed within two business days from the date we receive the item(s).
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we will email your store credit to your email address.
ORDER STATUS IN THE EVENT OF AN EXCHANGE
You can review the status of your order by tracking it through the tracking number provided to you. The tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been processed and shipped.
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us immediately at CustomerService@LorenElle.com after making your purchase. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. Changes in price, items going on sale and/or promotional codes are not valid on previous orders; therefore, we will be unable to modify orders placed prior to price changes. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have begun processing. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
